Tennyson Preschool by Handprints is our newest project. Operating as a more specific preschool, Tennyson Preschool takes children from age two to five years and is focused on creating a high quality transition for children to school. We have a highly experienced and passionate team, and our group go on regular excursions in the local community.
Tennyson Preschool operates under the long day care scheme with hours of 8.00am til 4.30pm. Families are eligible for CCS when attending our preschool. We have university qualified teachers leading the education programs, and we work closely with our local school communities.
Situated behind the local shops, and with a beautiful big tree the centre point of the yard at Tennyson, there is so many opportunities to connect with local community. We love our space at Tennyson Preschool and can't wait to see where this new journey takes us.

Our wonderful director Jasmine operates our Tennyson Preschool. Jasmine has been with Handprints for a long time, having started as the assistant director at Handprints Killara, and then moving in to Handprints Turramurra when it opened. At Handprints Turramurra, Jasmine lead the team for more than 5 years, and was rewarded with two exceeding ratings by the Department of Education during this time. Jasmine is a fantastic educator, and a hands on leader. She is deeply passionate about building strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community. At Tennyson, she is dedicated to creating a true sense of belonging and connection, where families are not just participants but active contributors to the preschool experience.
